Learning Me.

I am learning that, many times, I make too much of nothing in my relationship with my wife.

EX:

I say: What the f*ck is she smirking for, what did I do?

Why did I have to take it there in my head. She could had a face cramp for all I know, but I just had to put it in my head that she was beefing with me or keeping something from me. I am learning that I have to stop myself from getting in my own way. As Jakes would say, I have to defeat the enemy in-a-me!
